We create flexible, therapist-designed tools that meet you where you are — whether you’re burned out, curious, or ready for something more. These resources are built for both personal growth and professional learning because caregivers, helpers, and individuals all benefit from the same foundational knowledge.

If you’re here as an individual, take what helps. Most of our tools are free because support should be accessible in the moments it matters most — for families, helpers, and anyone in crisis. If you’re overwhelmed, start with one tool and go at your own pace.
We believe there should be no hierarchy or gatekeeping around learning mental health and trauma-informed care. Healing language belongs to everyone, not just institutions.

Our paid products are full curriculum systems designed for schools, agencies, and professional teams implementing structured programs. These include expanded materials, licensing, and implementation support. Agency investment helps sustain the creation of free public tools.

No pressure. No gatekeeping.
Just resources that meet you where you are.

Ease of Access
In a crisis, most people don’t have time to find a book. But they do have their phone. That’s why our tools live where you do—on your device, ready when you are. -
Increased Safety
For survivors of domestic violence or emotional abuse, traditional self-help books can be risky to keep around. Our downloads are discreet, gentle, and trauma informed. -
Condensed & Quick
You need something that helps right now. Our tools are short, solution-focused, and written at a 5th-grade reading level. -
Kid-Friendly, Caregiver-Approved
Many of our tools can be opened on a tablet for kids and teens to use in calm corners, therapy sessions, or at home—screen-free if needed, but always available.

Free eCourses for Burnout Prevention & Caregiver Fatigue
These free trainings exist because helpers shouldn’t have to burn out to do meaningful work.
We believe foundational trauma-informed education should be publicly accessible. Caregivers, professionals, and helpers all face the same nervous system realities, and everyone benefits from understanding how stress, safety, and recovery actually work.
These courses are grounded in established research and include heavily cited, peer-informed material. They are designed to translate evidence-based frameworks into practical application without requiring prior mental health training.
Our Helper’s Resource Hub materials are intentionally written in simplified, jargon-free language for quick implementation and accessibility. The eCourse trainings offer a more detailed, research-forward format for those who prefer structured, in-depth exploration.
1. Care for Caregivers
A free trauma-informed workplace training for helpers
A short, brief intervention training that introduces the emotional realities of high-impact service work and teaches practical tools to prevent burnout before it escalates.
Built for educators, social workers, counselors, and front-line helpers, this 10-slide training includes reflection prompts, energy pacing tools, and nervous system recovery strategies that can be implemented immediately.
Includes:
• Introduction to vicarious trauma and ethical fatigue
• The 100-80-60 energy pacing model
• HRH Daily Self-Care Planner
• Visualization tools for emotional residue
• Reflection prompts for teams or individuals
• Preview of our Complete Burnout Recovery Kit
Delivery time ranges from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on discussion depth.
This is a reset tool, not a lecture — designed to normalize burnout and build shared language around recovery.
2. Trauma-Informed Caregiver Self-Paced Workshop
A 4-hour foundational training in trauma-informed care
This structured course introduces the science and practice of trauma-informed caregiving for individuals experiencing chronic stress, burnout, or vicarious trauma.
Through four modules, participants learn how stress impacts the nervous system, how behavior communicates unmet needs, and how to build safety through regulation, communication, and repair.
The course aligns with SAMHSA’s trauma-informed framework and draws from neuroscience, behavioral science, and public health research.
Modules include:
-
Trauma-Informed Foundations — brains, stress, and safety
-
Behavior as communication and core belief systems
-
Regulation, communication, and repair
-
Sustainability and caregiver well-being
Designed for real-life caregiving environments, this training gives shared language and concrete tools that help helpers protect their own nervous systems while supporting others.

Curriculum Systems for Teams, Families & Professional Recovery
These are our large-scale curriculum packages — full recovery and connection systems designed for sustained implementation in homes, workplaces, and organizations.
Unlike our single-use public tools, these programs include expanded materials, structured frameworks, and licensing support. They exist for teams and families who want a guided system rather than a one-time resource.
At the same time, we believe access should never depend entirely on budget. The HRHDONATION code remains active for the Family Reset system through our Drop by Drop program. Families and helpers experiencing crisis can request support or use the code directly when needed. Healing tools should not disappear during storms.
1. The Complete Burnout Recovery Kit
A therapist-designed burnout recovery system for helpers and healing professionals.
Use it as a workplace book study, a personal reset plan, or a clinical tool to support clients experiencing burnout. The workbook mirrors tools used in the first eight weeks of trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy for burnout recovery.
Supports:
• Individual recovery for burnout-impacted professionals
• Clinical use in brief therapy or wellness coaching
• Workplace wellness groups and book studies
• Mobile helpers and diverse caseloads without excess bulk
Bulk licensing is available for nonprofits and community teams so healing tools remain accessible even when budgets are tight.

Paperback available at Barnes & Noble!
2. HRH Family Reset & Connect Conversation Cards
(10-week program)
A therapist-guided system for building emotional literacy, co-regulation, and shared language at home.
Includes:
• Weekly check-ins using the Stress Animal model
• Prompts for all ages — littles through teens
• Tools for emotional safety, repair, and resilience
• Family norms that interrupt generational dysfunction
This program is also distributed through our disaster-response initiative as “Calm During the Storm.” Families navigating crisis may use promo code HRHDONATION for free access.
Includes Multi-Age Stress Animal Cards
(Elementary • Middle • High School)
Developmentally tiered cards used in homes and schools to help adults coach stress responses with compassion and clarity.
They:
• Teach how stress shows up in the body and brain
• Provide regulation-focused coaching language
• Normalize emotional needs across ages
• Build empathy between caregivers, educators, and peers
Requires only a device and a few minutes each week.
3. Generational Healing Reset Bundle
A combined recovery and connection system for helpers and families ready to break inherited patterns.
This bundle integrates:
• The Complete Burnout Recovery Kit
• HRH Family Reset & Connect Conversation System
Designed for caregivers who are healing themselves while building safer family systems, the bundle supports both personal recovery and relational repair.
One system. Shared language. Sustainable change.

Whether you start with a free tool or a full system, the goal is the same: safer nervous systems, stronger relationships, and sustainable care for the people doing the hardest work. You don’t have to do everything at once — healing happens in small, repeatable moments. Start where you are, return when you’re ready for more, and take what supports you along the way.
